Strategic growth and international expansion<\/strong><\/p>\nOn 1 January 2025, St\u00f6lting took over the insolvent security technology company DeichTec. With its location in Emden and its distinctive full-service mentality, DeichTec fits perfectly into the existing company structure, both geographically and in terms of content. In particular, the takeover strengthens the company's presence in northern Germany and supports the sustainable expansion of the security portfolio.<\/p>\n
Another milestone followed with the takeover of the Austrian security company AT-Ost. The company thus laid the foundations for the establishment of St\u00f6lting Austria GmbH and entered international territory. This step marked the beginning of a targeted expansion beyond Germany's borders.<\/p>\n
This path continued in November 2025: St\u00f6lting expanded its range of services in Austria in the building cleaning segment by integrating MKV Cleaning GmbH. Over the past year, the company has grown step by step into a new market region and established itself there in both security and building services.<\/p>\n
As a reliable partner familiar with the Austrian market, Raiffeisen Continuum GmbH is supporting the company's expansion with a view to further acquisitions and long-term growth. .<\/p>\n
Passion for sport and partnerships that connect<\/strong><\/p>\nIn sport, 2025 also showed that St\u00f6lting thinks far beyond traditional company boundaries. In addition to existing commitments, numerous partnerships were forged in professional and popular sport.<\/p>\n
In football, the new partners include Rot-Weiss Essen, FSV Zwickau, VfB Stuttgart and FK Austria Wien - the first Austrian Bundesliga club to do so. Telekom Baskets Bonn (Basketball Bundesliga) and the handball clubs Eulen Ludwigshafen and ASV Hamm-Westfalen were also added.<\/p>\n
These collaborations emphasise the perception of St\u00f6lting as a reliable and committed partner, even beyond the country's borders. At the same time, the focus remained on popular sport. Where community is created and careers begin. The partnership with local clubs, such as Wacker Obercastrop, is an example of the local commitment that is and remains important to St\u00f6lting despite its growing reputation.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nSecurity projects at the highest level<\/strong><\/p>\nIn the event and security sector, 2025 was a truly exceptional year. The Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU World University Games were a particular highlight. St\u00f6lting was responsible for security at all the venues, mastering one of the biggest tasks in the company's history.<\/p>\n
At the same time, St\u00f6lting was deployed at major events such as Rock am Ring, the Hurricane Festival and the Gl\u00fccksgef\u00fchle Festival, thus making the leap into the security of the big festival world. The successful conclusion of the year was the takeover of admission control at Messe Dortmund, a further sign of the trust placed in the company's expertise and reliability.<\/p>\n
Humanity as a fixed factor<\/strong><\/p>\nDespite the expansion and the realisation of various major projects, the focus was on people. The St\u00f6lting Foosball Cup, which was held for the first time in March 2025, was a special symbol of this. A total of 16 teams from the St\u00f6lting corporate eleven and other companies and clubs from Gelsenkirchen and the region competed against each other in a table football tournament. Together, they raised 25,000 euros for the Balthasar Youth and Children's Hospice Foundation. In addition to the good cause, the tournament provided sporting ambition, team spirit and many smiling faces.<\/p>\n
The challenge cup remained in the company in 2025 and was won by the St\u00f6lting team consisting of CEO Sebastian Mosbacher, Pascal H\u00fcyng (Head of Central Services) and Christoph Brauckmann (Head of Mergers & Acquisitions). It remains to be seen whether the trophy will remain in the company permanently, but one thing is certain: the St\u00f6lting Kicker Cup will enter the next round in 2026. Partners from business and professional sport are once again expected to take part on 19 June 2026.<\/p>\n
At the end of the year, St\u00f6lting set another example with a quiet but impressive campaign: With a wish tree in the Caritas Gelsenkirchen children's home, small wishes were granted to severely traumatised children.<\/p>\n
Outlook for 2026<\/strong><\/p>\nWith the tailwind from 2025, the St\u00f6lting Service Group is optimistic about the future. The growth trajectory we have embarked on will be consistently pursued in 2026 with the clear aim of continuing to combine quality, humanity and responsibility.<\/p>\n
