The construction sign is already in place, which means that construction of a new office complex for the Stölting Service Group, with restaurant facilities on the ground floor, is now starting at the Graf Bismarck site.
The planned location is in a prominent position, west of the quay wall of the harbour basin. The Rhine-Herne Canal runs along the northern edge of the site, while to the south, the site is connected via a cul-de-sac to Johannes-Rau-Allee, the main traffic artery of the Hafen Graf Bismarck planning area.
