As part of its expansion strategy, Stölting Service Group GmbH has acquired the CDS service group from Freiburg.
The CDS Dienstleistungsgruppe provides a wide range of personnel services for a diverse client base in Baden-Württemberg. Its focus is on security, cleaning and certified training for relevant employees. Last year, the CDS Service Group employed a total of 800 people at its headquarters in Ihringen near Freiburg and seven other branches in Lörrach, Ulm, Villingen-Schwenningen, Stuttgart, Metzingen, Mannheim and Mainz. Both in terms of its professional and regional positioning, the CDS Service Group is an ideal fit for the Stölting Service Group and its expansion strategy.

Both parties agreed not to disclose the details of the takeover, particularly the purchase price.
