Stölting Facility Service GmbH (Leipzig) will acquire a majority stake in Clemens Kleine Holding GmbH (Düsseldorf) on 1 August 2020. In return, the two shareholders of the Clemens Kleine Group, Ulrich and Alexander Kleine, will receive shares in the company operating under the new name Stölting Kleine Service GmbH.
Sebastian Mosbacher, Managing Director of Stölting Service Group GmbH, states: „This merger is a successful step towards a shared future for all involved. The characteristics of both companies are almost identical. Stölting and Clemens Kleine are also owner-managed family businesses, each with over 100 years of tradition. Stölting and Clemens Kleine are now joining forces – that's fabulous!“
Ulrich Kleine, Managing Director of Clemens Kleine Holding GmbH, adds:

As a result of this alliance, the new company Stölting Kleine Service GmbH is expected to generate annual sales of over €100 million in 2020 and employ approximately 5,500 people. This means that a total of over 13,000 employees will be working for the Stölting Service Group throughout Germany. The sales target for the entire group of companies for the current year is €300 million.
