Since 1 February 2024, the Stölting Service Group has been responsible for cleaning the Vonovia Ruhrstadion, the home arena of Bundesliga club VfL Bochum. The stadium on Castroper Straße has a capacity of 26,000. The family-owned company from Gelsenkirchen was also commissioned to clean the ZAG Arena in Hanover.
With these new contracts, the Stölting Service Group, one of Germany's leading service providers, is expanding its involvement in the country's major arenas. The company, which is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, is responsible for security at the VELTINS-Arena, home of FC Schalke 04, and the MERKUR SPIEL ARENA, home of Fortuna Düsseldorf, among others. At SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, the BVB stadium in Dortmund, Stölting is responsible for cleaning and, more recently, parts of the catering.
