Rot-Weiss Essen is one of the most historic football clubs in the Ruhr region: founded in 1907 in Essen’s working-class district of Vogelheim, the club has since won the DFB Cup and the German Championship. To this day, RWE boasts one of the most passionate fan bases in Germany, which has remained loyal to the club even whilst it has been out of the top flight.
In this unique setting, the Stölting Service Group is continuing its commitment: Stölting will remain the security provider and premium partner of Rot-Weiss Essen for the 2026/27 season as well, and is stepping up its efforts even further. The company will continue to be responsible for security services at home matches and events at the stadium on Hafenstraße, whilst also remaining a premium partner of the long-established club. New for the coming season: Stölting will also be providing refreshments for the fans.

Smooth-running home match days do not happen by chance; rather, they are the result of close coordination between all those involved.
