The Stölting Service Group (Gelsenkirchen) has taken over the Beulcke company (Lübeck) and contracts from First Service (Pulheim).
With First Service, we want to expand our range of services in the area of cleaning on and in trains. In addition to services related to rail transport, we also focus on cleaning public transport vehicles at regional and national level.
The Cleaning North and Industrial Cleaning business areas are to be expanded nationwide with the Beulcke company. Beulcke has been serving renowned food manufacturers and food processing companies for many years.
The Stölting Service Group is growing by around 500 employees as a result of the acquisitions.
