On 20 November, the Stölting branch in Dortmund presented itself with a compact event focusing on the topics of facility management, cleaning and security.
The event was also announced as an „open day“ and served to showcase the modernised branch, the latest innovations and to facilitate active exchange with business partners and industry representatives. Numerous guests from Dortmund accepted the invitation, including Sparkasse Dortmund, Stanley Black & Decker, Vivawest, Sparda-Bank, kik and many other partners.
Industries – Talk with high-profile guests
On the panel, Marcel Heier, Frank Jungk, Björn Masuhr, Jens Sülflow and Patrick Engel discussed current developments in the industry. A particular highlight was Florian Demnitz from BVB, who shared exciting insights into cooperation in the stadium environment. The event was very well attended and provided the perfect setting for new contacts and intensive exchange.
Exclusive opening for employees
The following day, the branch opened exclusively for Stölting employees. Forty-five colleagues from all over Germany attended the opening of the completely modernised warehouse. A central component of Stölting 2.0.
State-of-the-art standards in the new warehouse
In collaboration with Quality Management, Purchasing and Dortmund Operations, a warehouse was created that meets the latest requirements for occupational safety, the environment and technology. Among other things, the following were presented:
· the new drone project,
· innovative soil remediation methods,
· Graffiti removal without chemicals.
An all-round successful event with lots of enthusiasm and many technical discussions.
