Customer loyalty thrives on personal closeness, trust and shared experiences. The Stölting branch in Dortmund impressively demonstrated how successful this approach can be in practice at the ADAC Supercross Dortmund 2026.
As part of the internationally renowned sporting event, the Dortmund team invited selected customers and long-standing contacts to a specially rented box on 10 January 2026. In addition to a first-class view of the racing action, the special atmosphere, far removed from the traditional business routine, offered space for personal discussions, new ideas and intensive dialogue.
