Expansion of the cleaning business in Austria
Together with its strategic partner Raiffeisen Continuum, the Stölting Service Group has successfully completed the merger with the Neue Raumpflege group of companies. This investment strengthens Stölting's activities in the area of commercial cleaning in Austria.
Established company with a regional presence
The Salzburg-based Neue Raumpflege Group is one of Austria's national cleaning companies. The company is represented by branches in Linz, Graz and Vienna as well as additional branches in Baden and Klagenfurt and has long-standing customer relationships.
The management remains unchanged: Sabine Weinhäupl and Kai Steffen will continue to lead the company and accompany the next development phase together with Stölting and Raiffeisen Continuum.
Integration into the Group strategy
Sebastian Mosbacher, CEO of the Stölting Service Group, explains:

The merger also makes strategic sense from Raiffeisen Continuum's perspective. Founder and Managing Director Boris Pelikan describes the transaction as an important milestone for the further expansion of the company's market presence.
