The Stölting Group continues its above-average growth from the previous year and, with a turnover of €172 million, has risen from 25th to 20th place (+52.2%) in the Lünendonk® list of facility providers. This is despite the decline in refugee numbers and the almost complete awarding of contracts for the guarding of military installations. One reason for this is the expansion of the company's range of services.
According to the Lünendonk® study, the market for external facility services in Germany has grown by 4.1 per cent to €52.6 billion. The top 25 companies have a market share of 23 per cent (top 10: 16.5 per cent).
The ranking is traditionally based on domestic turnover – adjusted for turnover with service companies and affiliated companies. For reasons of comparability, only those service providers are included that generate more than two-thirds of their turnover with infrastructural and technical building management and more than 66 per cent of their business on the external market.
