dpa enquiry regarding coronavirus-related orders:

„Is Stölting receiving more orders from supermarkets, hospitals, etc. these days to regulate access to these shops and buildings? Do you have enough staff for this?“

Answer:

„As we are already well represented in the areas mentioned thanks to our broad customer base and clear focus on systemically important sectors such as food retail and healthcare, we expect demand for our services to remain strong. It doesn't matter whether our customers request cleaning, security or personnel services – we have the necessary capacity.“ (Quote from Sebastian Mosbacher, Managing Director of Stölting Service Group GmbH)

We are currently offering additional daily staff for the daily disinfection of contact surfaces in the retail and healthcare sectors. Among other things, we have also been commissioned to take on cleaning work for newly built coronavirus treatment centres.

The customers of our Essen-based company, Stölting Klinikservice Ltd., include various hospitals. Our employees continue to work daily in all hospitals to ensure compliance with important hygiene standards. We have also received enquiries from hospitals with which we did not previously have a permanent contract. We are fortunate to have a sufficient pool of personnel to meet these enquiries and provide cleaning staff.

The wholesale company belonging to the group of companies Purax Limited Company (known, among other things, as a specialist in cleaning products and hygiene articles) also reliably supplies us and external companies with the necessary protective equipment (including gloves and face masks) and suitable disinfectants – there are currently no supply bottlenecks here!

Our security specialists are increasingly being deployed as doormen in food and drugstores, ensuring safety and order, especially in the current chaotic situation (panic buying and disputes among customers).

In the area of personnel services, we provide hundreds of employees who work daily in logistics centres and central warehouses for the food trade.

Our employees are aware that they are indispensable in the current situation. Through their daily efforts, they are helping to contain and slow down the spread of the virus.

„When the coronavirus pandemic became known, we set up our own crisis management team.  established, which has worked with our hygiene and safety specialists to draw up an action plan for dealing with the coronavirus. We have also entered into direct dialogue with customers and employees in order to initiate appropriate measures. It goes without saying that we will  We are living up to our responsibility as a service partner and are tackling the challenges posed by the current situation together with our customers and employees.“ (Quote from Stephan Kulbatzki, Managing Director of Stölting Service Group GmbH)

The sickness rate at Stölting Service Group is still within the relative „normal range“. This shows us that our measures are effective and that our employees carry out their daily work with great care and also take good care of themselves.

There are no staff shortages at Stölting – our employees remain loyal to us and are successfully navigating this crisis together with us!

We are very proud of our team!
