Stölting Service Group consolidates company headquarters. New buildings planned for administration and logistics.
The Stölting Service Group is planning to build a new administration building (2,500 m²) and a new logistics building (5,000 m²). The commercial properties on Willy-Brandt-Allee have been sold to the Fischbach Group, which is returning to Gelsenkirchen.
Gelsenkirchen's mayor Frank Baranowski is delighted that the Stölting Group is focusing on the Graf Bismarck district and that this will benefit Gelsenkirchen as a business location.
