Stölting Service Group GmbH remains optimistic even in times of crisis and recognises further growth potential within its core businesses of security, cleaning and personnel services, even during the coronavirus crisis.
In the first quarter of 2020, the company's revenue (from the same period in 2019) increased by £11.1 million from £58.2 million to £64.6 million gross. Earnings from „ordinary business activities“ also showed an increase of £11.9 million compared to the previous year.
Managing Partner Hans Mosbacher on the situation in the market environment:
„In addition to the global suffering caused by the coronavirus among the population, we are currently also in a very difficult economic situation. In our estimation, many companies – from a wide range of industries – will not survive this crisis. In our industry, too, there are companies that are already suffering enormous economic losses and are clearly feeling the consequences of the coronavirus crisis.
Thanks in large part to the dedicated efforts of our employees, we have not only succeeded in maintaining our market position, but also in expanding it further.

According to preliminary financial statements, the Stölting Service Group closed the 2019 financial year for the eighth consecutive time with significant growth and another record result.
Never before in its 120-year history has the group of companies been able to report higher sales.
For the 2020 financial year, revenue growth of 14% is planned compared to the previous year.
