Training at the
Stölting Service Group

Stölting has been providing training for many years. That's why you can look forward to a well-organised training programme where you will learn a lot and take on responsible tasks early on. You will gain insights into many different departments, which will give you the opportunity to get to know your own strengths and preferences better so that you can find the ideal career path for you after your training. During your training, you will have a permanent mentor (a trainee from a higher training year) who will be there to support you at all times. We start your training with Welcome Days, where you will get to know Stölting, all the other trainees and various departments, and we will provide you with all the important information you need for your training.
